It's a simple exercise of gratitude and reflection. <span style="font-weight:bold;">For one month, you write down 5 things (small or big) that you are thankful for<span style="font-weight:bold;"></span></span>. I started two days ago and find this simple exercise makes me slow WAY down. And getting me to slow down is nothing short of a miracle.
